Job Title: CRM Executive / Sales Executive – Real Estate

Industry: Real Estate
Location: Zirakpur

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to manage client relationships and drive sales in the real estate industry. The role involves handling inbound and outbound client interactions, generating leads, converting prospects into sales, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads generated through calls, emails, and site visits.
  • Provide clients with property-related information and address their queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM software regularly.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet individual and team targets.
  • Build long-term trust and rapport with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and update management on client status and pipeline.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable property solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / CRM / customer handling (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,496.71 - ₹49,097.54 per month
