The Role:

Senior Officer CRMnext

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and development of CRMnext (Gold version) with a focus on best practices.
• Design and configure simple to complex workflows within the CRMnext application.
• Develop and optimize functional and technical solutions to enhance business processes.
• Configure layouts, design custom reports, business rules, translators, and custom pages.
• Implement and optimize Lead, Service, and other object toolboxes within CRMnext.
• Design and develop target planning solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and front-end solutions using HTML/CSS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, authentication, IIS, and system performance.
• Design and implement card views and Mashup Anywhere solutions within CRMnext.
• Work on Trinity Cross Sell Modeler, integrating Whitespace and machine learning features.
• Ensure seamless API integration using SOAP and REST methodologies.
• Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and technical architecture design.
• Identify potential risks, improve system design, and provide mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CRMnext with hands-on expertise in Gold version.
• Proven experience in CRMnext implementation, development, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Vivid Flow and Autonoma Flow for workflow automation (desirable).
• Expertise in SQL queries, stored procedures, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Strong understanding of API integration using SOAP and REST.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system performance and authentication issues.
• Excellent business process analysis, requirement gathering, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
