Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in CRMNext application L2 support to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for CRMNext applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRMNext solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation of CRMNext application configurations and procedures.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to CRMNext applications.
Train and guide junior team members on CRMNext application best practices.
Participate in the development of new features and enhancements for CRMNext applications.

Job Requirements

Strong technical experience in providing CRMNext application L2 support.
Good experience in SQL DB, PL-SQL, IIS, .Net, Unix commands, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working with CRMNext application development teams.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Education: Graduate, 15Yrs of regular schooling.
