Role Overview: You will be joining as a proactive and detail-oriented MBA Fresher CRM Intern in our organization. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management within a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client communications and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Update and organize customer data in CRM systems. - Collaborate with internal departments to promptly resolve client issues. - Support in preparing reports, conducting follow-ups, and analyzing feedback. - Assist in executing CRM campaigns and monitoring customer engagement. - Participate in client retention and post-sales support initiatives.
