Job Description

We’re hiring a fresher to assist with product support, documentation, and basic client interaction.


Key Responsibilities

:
  • Reply to client queries via WhatsApp and email
  • Take support calls and conduct product demos (after training)
  • Create simple user guides and video tutorials
  • Log tickets and track tasks using Jira
  • Help with onboarding and training new users

  • Requirements

    :
    • Good spoken and written English
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Willing to learn and handle client communication
    • Full-time availability at our Ahmedabad office

  • Nice to Have

    :
    • Familiarity with Jira, Google Docs, Zoom, Loom, etc.
    • Any experience making videos or how-to guides
