CRM Specialist (Fresher)

Role Overview: As a CRM Specialist (Fresher), you will be part of the CRM and Marketing Technology team. You will learn to implement, manage, and optimize CRM platforms, primarily HubSpot, to support marketing, sales, and customer success operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about digital tools, customer relationship management, and data-driven marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data/Operations Hubs). - Supporting the creation and maintenance of workflows, automation, and sales sequences. - Helping build dashboards and reports to analyze CRM data and performance. - Assisting in onboarding clients and maintaining CRM data accuracy. - Supporting integration of HubSpot with websites, forms, and third-party tools like WordPress or Shopify. - Helping design and execute basic email campaigns, lead nurturing flows, and automation. - Participating in testing, documentation, and CRM improvement activities. - Collaborating with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure CRM usage aligns with business goals. Qualification Required: - Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or similar platforms. - Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, lead generation, and email campaigns. - Basic understanding of reports and graphs. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website forms is an advantage. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Good communication and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to learn new CRM tools and technologies. Additional Details: Exposure to APIs, data integration, or web tracking tools is an added advantage. HubSpot Academy certifications (free or beginner level) are preferred.,
