Job Description

As a CRM Service Executive at our Raipur location, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, and service requests through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Your primary duty will be to maintain and update customer records using CRM software accurately. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues, track and monitor service requests, and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Furthermore, preparing reports on customer feedback, service performance, and complaint resolution will be part of your routine tasks. Your contribution will be pivotal in developing customer retention and engagement initiatives while upholding high levels of professionalism and customer service standards. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory) with at least 1-3 years of experience in customer service/CRM or possess exceptional communication skills as a fresher. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and familiarity with CRM tools/software will be advantageous. Your ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time, permanent position requires you to work on-site in Raipur, where you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving customer engagement initiatives.,
