CRM Manager - Real Estate

As a CRM Manager in Real Estate, your role will involve managing end-to-end client onboarding to ensure smooth documentation and timely execution of agreements. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving client queries promptly, maintaining strong client satisfaction and trust. Your collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects will be crucial in closing client-related queries and ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze reports to identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve the overall client experience. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships with transparency and consistent communication will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end client onboarding for smooth documentation and timely execution of agreements. - Address and resolve client queries promptly to maintain strong client satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to close client-related queries and ensure seamless operations. - Prepare and analyze reports to identify gaps, streamline processes, and enhance client experience. - Build and nurture long-term client relationships with transparency and consistent communication. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of proven experience in Real Estate CRM/Client Relationship Management. - Strong understanding of real estate processes including agreements, banking/disbursements, and client documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
