CRM Manager - Real Estate

As a CRM Manager in Real Estate, your role involves managing end-to-end client onboarding to ensure smooth documentation and timely execution of agreements. You will address and resolve client queries promptly, maintaining strong client satisfaction and trust. Additionally, you will liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects to close client-related queries and ensure seamless operations. Your responsibility also includes preparing and analyzing reports to identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve client experience. Moreover, you are expected to build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring transparency and consistent communication. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end client onboarding for smooth documentation and timely execution of agreements. - Address and resolve client queries promptly to maintain strong client satisfaction and trust. - Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects) to close client-related queries for seamless operations. - Prepare and analyze reports to identify gaps, streamline processes, and enhance client experience. - Build and nurture long-term client relationships with transparency and consistent communication. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of proven experience in Real Estate CRM/Client Relationship Management. - Strong understanding of real estate processes including agreements, banking/disbursements, and client documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
