CRM - Manager

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role will involve scanning and analyzing the current and past database of queries, requests, and complaints across platforms to synthesize insights and understand customer concerns. You will be utilizing CRM technology and relevant tools to gather, interpret, and manage data points effectively, ensuring the successful execution of CRM activities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the setup of CRM software in new stores, ensuring seamless integration and functionality while coordinating with the technical team. - Train store staff on CRM operations, highlighting the benefits, processes, and importance of generating in-store data to enhance customer engagement. - Monitor CRM performance by analyzing metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Report findings to senior management for strategy refinement. - Follow up on customer feedback, utilizing CRM insights to address concerns, close feedback loops, and continuously improve the customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience with CRM technology and tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and insights. - Excellent communication skills to train store staff and report findings to senior management.
