We have an opening for CRM - Manager for our Real Estate Company, Job profile are giving as under. Candidate must have real-estate company experience.
* Responsible of all CRM Backened process Documentations (From Booking till Possession).
* Calculation of GST calculation, Demands, Interest.
* Preparing supplemental agreement, TPA, TPM, Agreement for Sales.
* Prepare file for Registry & Possession.
* Knowledge of 4QT,
* Knowledge of Flat handing over.
* Handling the customer query and give them solution.
