CRM Manager

You will be responsible for preparing and issuing assignment and endorsement letters to clients. Additionally, you will format and issue various documents to clients such as credit notes, transfer documents, demand letters, and receipts. Your role will involve completing fit-out and final possession processes while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to coordinate across departments, collaborating with engineering, legal, sales, accounts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer engagement and timely issue resolution. Your duties will also include providing documentation and legal support as needed. The ideal candidate should possess skills in MS Excel, including knowledge of formulas. Understanding commercial real estate project calculations and post-sales processes is essential, along with proficiency in CRM, ensuring customer satisfaction, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in using tools and software is crucial, particularly a strong knowledge of the 4QT/Far Vision ERP system. The position is full-time, and the work location is on-site.
