Job Title: Customer Sales Associate – International

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our EdTech team as a Customer Sales Associate for the US/UK/Europe market. This role involves direct interaction with working professionals and students based in international regions, primarily the United States, ensuring exceptional service and support for their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with international (US/UK/Europe-based) clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues related to educational programs.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.

Effectively handle customer queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.

Follow up on leads and guide potential students through the enrollment process.

Work closely with sales, academic advisors, and technical teams to ensure seamless support.

Meet performance benchmarks including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and engagement metrics.

Key Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in international customer service or client-facing roles (preferably US/UK/Europe process).

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Comfortable with night shifts (US/UK/Europe timing).

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

Experience with CRM tools and communication platforms.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field.

Prior experience in the EdTech sector or education counselling is an added advantage.
