About the Role

CRM Implementation Specialist

What You Will Do

Design CRM modules, workflows, and data models.
Configure core modules: Contacts, Activities, Communication, Templates, Dashboards.
Build automation for reminders, follow-ups, campaigns, and task routing.
Integrate WhatsApp/SMS/Voice APIs (Exotel, Ozonetel, Gupshup, Twilio, etc.).
Set up two-way communication, templates, and personalized messaging.
Implement dashboards to track engagement and operational KPIs.
Run UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment.
Document workflows and train internal teams.

What You Need (Must-Have)

Experience implementing
Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot
, or similar low-code CRMs.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Zoho One
(CRM, Creator, Flow, Campaigns, Desk) or Salesforce Service Cloud.
Experience integrating communication channels (WhatsApp/SMS/Voice).
Strong understanding of CRM automation, workflows, and API integrations.
Ability to convert real business processes into CRM workflows.
58 years of CRM implementation or process automation experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
