CRM Implementation Coordinator (Junior)

Role Description:

We are hiring a Junior Client Success Executive to support CRM rollouts for business clients. This role focuses on CRM configuration support, client coordination, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CRM setup/configuration as per client workflow.
• Participate in client calls/meetings to understand requirements and changes
• Create clear documentation: meeting notes, action items, process notes (MoM)
• Share regular updates with clients on progress, pending items, and next steps
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and escalations
• Monitor usage/adoption, collect feedback, and suggest improvements
• Provide structured post-implementation support to ensure smooth usage

Qualifications

• Graduate | Fresher / 0–1 year experience
• Strong communication + follow-up discipline
• Good documentation and coordination skills
• Comfortable with Excel/Sheets + email/WhatsApp communication
• Willing to learn CRM concepts (training provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
