Role Description:

CRM Solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle CRM implementation setup as per client requirements.
• Assist clients and their team through calls/meetings
• Keep clients updated on progress and changes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations
• Collect feedback, monitor how clients are using the CRM, and make sure their experience is smooth.
• Document Meeting Summary and insights.
• Post Implementation Support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in understanding and documenting CRM Requirements and changes
• Business Process Understanding
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and teams
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver on project deadlines
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer support.
