Answer customer questions and complaints via phone, email, or social media.
Convince and handle customers politely.
Keep customer records updated.
Follow up with customers on service or product issues.
Work with sales, service, and technical teams to solve customer problems.
Prepare reports about customer feedback and engagement.
Help in customer loyalty and retention programs.
Support customers after they buy (onboarding and relationship building).
At least 1 year of work in customer service, CRM, or client handling.
Good communication and people skills.
Know how to use CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Problem-solving attitude, customer-first mindset.
Automotive/Electric Vehicle industry experience is a plus.
Can handle multiple tasks.
Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not compulsory).
