Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / CRM Executive Role Summary: We are hiring experienced Telecallers/CRM Executives to handle client communication, share proposals, and provide post-sale support for our skilling programs. This is a voice-based and coordination-focused role. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients (schools, colleges, institutions) Share course proposals via WhatsApp/email Follow up for closures and maintain client relationships Provide after-sales support and handle basic queries Requirements: Excellent communication skills (spoken + written) Strong follow-up and client-handling skills Experience in telecalling, customer service, or CRM roles Familiarity with basic Excel/CRM tools is a plus Preferred Backgrounds: Call centers, banking, education counselling, EdTech sales (No freshers) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
