Crm Executive / Sr.Executive / Manager / Sr. Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Sending a welcome mail & greetings to the customers.
• Handling complete customer data and Sales details in REALX(ERP) portal.
• Understanding the different Bank loan procedures and helping customers with the required documents for the loan process & follow-up with the customers regarding payments and scheduling the meeting if needed.
• Handling entire post - sales including collections, customer data and documentation.
• Responsible for collection of outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with customers, monitoring and informing the progress of the projects time to time.
• Prompt attendance & action to all complaints raised by clients.
• Act as a SPOC for post-sale till handing over.
• Coordination with legal team at the time of registration Like SPA, GPA Etc.
• Planning and providing documents for registration process.
• Through knowledge about flat handover.
• Handle complete procedure for handing over of flat to the customer for interiors work.
• Complete knowledge on the customers concerns regarding the flats and resolve them with co-ordination with other teams

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree / Masters degree from a recognized university.
• 2 to 10 years of experience in CRM (Real - Estate)
• Full knowledge about all agreements, Agreement of Sale, Bank documents (TPT, Builder NOC, Demand letter, Sale deed etc.
• Expertise in preparation of MIS reports & projection reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Saturday and Sunday are the working days.
• According to the requirement you need to be flexible for any work location in Hyderabad.
