Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise multiple construction projects (highrise residential/ commercial, infrastructure).
Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, safety, and building codes.
Oversee site teams (engineers, contractors, vendors), manage materials and equipment.
Forecast risks, resolve site challenges (e.g., excavation, basements).
Coordinate with design, MEP, procurement, QA/QC, statutory bodies.

Technical & Leadership Skills

Strong leadership in multi-site project environments; vendor & stakeholder management.

Act as technical authority: resolve complex issues in excavation, structural, MEP interfaces.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, authorities, and clients for approvals and inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP tools

Typically
20+ years
in senior construction/civil engineering roles.

The candidate's age should be below 50 years.
