Candidate should have 10 plus years of experience in high class bungalow construction. He should have knowledge of Interior decoration and rich experience in Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevators, Solar Power Plant, etc. with Vendor contacts for the repair and maintenance in the mentioned areas. His past experience must include high class real estate developers and he should possess purchase skills in respect of civil and building related materials procurement. The ideal candidate should ensure fastest closure of any breakdowns or repairs. Must be willing to work in extended hours, if necessary.
