The role involves handling customer order processing, managing preform invoices, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring accurate maintenance of customer databases.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing CRM-related administrative tasks efficiently. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
