Job Description

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Interact with customer on day-to-day basis to understand their queries, guide them to proper end-to-end solutions.Answer questions and address complaints from customers.Assist dispensers/patient coordinators with issues regarding product administrative issues.Clarify dispenser requests on new orders/repairs.Keep updated on Hearing Aid products, processes and operational work flow.Communicate with the end users with the service-related issues.Provide basic technical support to dispensers and consumers if necessary.Do follow up with the end users on a regular basisSupport corporate health and safety objectives.Work on online leads and follow up with the end users and transfer the enquiry to the respective setup.
