𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Interact with customer on day-to-day basis to understand their queries, guide them to proper end-to-end solutions. Answer questions and address complaints from customers. Assist dispensers/patient coordinators with issues regarding product administrative issues. Clarify dispenser requests on new orders/repairs. Keep updated on Hearing Aid products, processes and operational work flow. Communicate with the end users with the service-related issues. Provide basic technical support to dispensers and consumers if necessary. Do follow up with the end users on a regular basis Support corporate health and safety objectives. Work on online leads and follow up with the end users and transfer the enquiry to the respective setup.
