Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and sincere CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Requirements: 0–2 years of work experience in customer service, CRM, or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong sense of integrity and professionalism Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (training can be provided) Female candidates only Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you willing to travel to Saroli?
