The Real Estate CRM is responsible for managing customer relationships from lead generation to post-sales handover, ensuring a seamless customer experience, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
1.Maintaining the billing system
2. Generating invoices and account statements and demand letters payment receipts.
3. Liasoning work such as applying for Section 118 and other Govt applications.
4. Responsible for Easy onboarding of every client.

7. All communication with clients are done by me.
8. Keeping customers updated on the latest status of the construction and documentation
9. Elevate complaints and feedback from clients to the relevant departments
10. Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
11. Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
12. Getting all the Registration done.
13. BBA ( Builder Buyer Agreement)
