Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate post-sales activities, and ensure a seamless experience for our home buyers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong grasp of CRM systems and real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients from booking to possession.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Accounts, Engineering) to ensure timely execution of post-sales activities.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Send timely communications regarding payment reminders, documentation, project updates, etc.
• Assist in agreement preparation, registration processes, and handover formalities.
• Track payment schedules and coordinate with the finance team for collection follow-ups.
• Organize and manage customer feedback surveys and improve service delivery based on insights.
• Ensure all customer commitments made by the sales team are fulfilled.
• Generate CRM reports and analytics as needed by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
