About the Role:

Department: Client Relations / Sales

Type: Full-time

Salary: Base salary + incentives

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in handling client leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins.

• Make follow-up calls & WhatsApp interactions to guide clients on collections, fittings, and pricing.

• Support the CRM team in personalised clienteling for brides, NRIs, and premium buyers.

• Assist in sales conversions by coordinating with the store, design, and production teams.

• Maintain and update client databases, leads, and purchase history in the CRM tool.

• Provide on-ground support during fashion previews, launches, and styling appointments.

Desired Profile :

• Freshers welcome with 0–2 years of relevant exposure.

• Preferred Backgrounds: Fashion retail, styling assistant, showroom sales, fashion internships.

• Excellent communication & client-handling skills.

• Passion for luxury fashion, couture, and styling.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or online selling will be a plus.

Key Skills :

• People-first approach → Friendly, persuasive, and relationship-driven.

• Fashion fluency → Understanding fabrics, silhouettes, and couture categories.

• Sales orientation → Confidence to assist clients, explain products, and push conversions.

• Digital comfort → Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and CRM dashboards.
