Job Title: CRM Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive who is fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication and typing skills. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about customer interaction and capable of maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
Maintain polite and friendly communication at all times.
Prepare and manage daily reports and updates in the CRM.
Respond to emails, chats, and other forms of digital communication.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in customer service or CRM roles is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,943.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month
