CRM Executive (Female)

• Customer Data Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and effective customer segmentation.
• Campaign Development: Design and execute CRM campaigns for customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, potentially across various channels like email and social media.
• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified strategy and provide customer insights.
• Post-Sales Support: Coordinate after-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction with vehicle delivery, features, and warranty details.
• Customer Experience: Develop customer journey maps and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
• Product & Market Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products and stay updated on market trends to better serve customers.
