Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Chandni Chowk, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 3–4 years
Working Hours: As per company norms

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up ability, and prior experience in CRM or customer service roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and CRM software.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and service queries.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and customer requirements.
Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or back-office roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong follow-up ability and customer handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in CRM/customer support roles.
Should be based in or willing to work at Chandni Chowk, Kolkata.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
