Responsibilities:

-Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive with experience in handling Farvision CRM software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, lead tracking, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient client communication and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update Farvision CRM with accurate customer and lead data.
• Track and monitor inquiries, bookings, payments, and client interactions through the CRM.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and existing customers as per the sales process.
• Generate reports related to lead status, client communications, bookings, and payments.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and accounts teams to streamline client onboarding and service.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues where necessary for resolution.
• Assist in managing documentation, agreements, and payment schedules via the CRM.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
• Support in improving CRM usage and suggesting optimizations in the system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in real estate.
• Hands-on experience with Farvision CRM software is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage data accurately and work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
