Job Title:

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and business process flows using C#.NET
Create JavaScript web resources for form customization and client-side validations
Build and customize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages (Portals)
Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Customer Service, Sales) including entities, forms, views, and dashboards
Integrate third-party systems and develop SSRS reports using Fetch XML
Manage security roles, field-level security, and GDPR compliance
Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills

Experience:
4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
Technical:
C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
Tools:
Visual Studio, Plugin Registration Tool, XRM Toolbox, Azure DevOps
Knowledge:
Plugins, workflows, business rules, Fetch XML, custom actions, security roles
