Job Description

Mid-Level CRM Developer

  • Dynamics 365 Core Development:

  • Design, customize, and configure core Dynamics 365 CE components, including entities, forms, views, business processes, and security roles (Sales, Service, or Field Service modules).
  • Develop and deploy robust extensions such as

    C# plug-ins

    , custom workflow activities, and client-side scripting (

    JavaScript

    ) to meet complex business requirements.
  • Utilize the Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API for external system integration and data manipulation.
  • AI & Copilot Implementation:

  • Integrate and customize

    Microsoft Copilot features

    directly within the Dynamics 365 UI to assist users with tasks like generating summary reports, drafting emails, and summarizing customer interactions.
  • Develop intelligent conversational interfaces using

    Copilot Studio

    (formerly Power Virtual Agents), connecting them directly to Dataverse/D365 data for secure, context-aware responses.
  • Employ

    Generative AI

    concepts and prompt engineering to tune Copilot outputs for accuracy and relevance across sales and service scenarios.
  • Power Platform Synergy:

  • Build and manage sophisticated business process automation using

    Power Automate

    , orchestrating data movement and business logic across D365 and other endpoints.
  • Develop supplementary

    Model-Driven and Canvas Apps

    that extend or simplify complex D365 processes.
  • Maintain data integrity and scalability within the underlying

    Microsoft Dataverse

    .
  • ALM and Governance:

  • Manage the full

    Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

    for CRM solutions, including solution packaging, configuration, and deployment across development, test, and production environments using

    Azure DevOps

    or similar tools.
  • Ensure all development adheres to best practices, security standards, and performance optimization guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

    4-6 years of professional IT experience, with a minimum of

    3 years dedicated to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

    configuration and development.
  • Technical Expertise:

  • Expert-level proficiency in

    C#/.NET

    for developing and debugging D365 plug-ins and custom code.
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Dataverse

    ,

    Power Automate

    , and custom connector development.
  • Proven ability to write and deploy client-side

    JavaScript

    for form customizations.
  • Practical experience integrating D365 with external systems using APIs and Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions).
  • AI/Copilot Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience working with or integrating

    Microsoft Copilot

    features within the D365 environment.
  • Foundational understanding of Generative AI principles and its practical application in business process improvement.
