The CRM Data Migration Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and validating the migration of data from legacy CRM systems to the new platform. This role ensures data integrity, compliance with organizational standards, and minimal disruption to business operations during migration.
Data Assessment & Planning: Analyze existing CRM data sources, including legacy systems and repositories. Define migration scope, including historical data requirements and quality checks.
Migration Execution: Utilize CRM/Salesforce reports for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Perform technical mapping and master data migration. Ensure integration with related systems (e.g., ERP, CPQ, CLM).
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with CRM IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
