Role Overview: As a CRM Coordinator at Gainwell Commosales Pvt. Ltd., your role involves planning support for new and existing customers, retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and company brand awareness. You will be responsible for segmenting the customer database for targeted marketing activities, collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth CRM operations aligned with business processes, and working on the sales funnel in conjunction with the Sales team.
