Position – CRM Coordinator

Minimum Experience - 2 Years in Customer Relationship Mangement

Language - English & Hindi

Role Profile :

Planning support to the new and existing customers, retaining the existing customers, increasing the brand loyalty & company brand. Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities. Working on the sales funnel along with the Sales team. Collaboration of the different departments, ensuring the CRM works smooth, as per the business process.

Skills :

Must have experience in Lead generation through different mediums. The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills. Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers. Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
