CRM Analyst / Sales application owner

As a CRM Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to enhance customer relationship management processes and align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring, maintaining, and managing the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs - Analyzing Salesforce data to provide insights and recommendations for sales and marketing strategies - Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for various teams - Monitoring CRM usage and user activity to identify areas for improvement or training - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to suggest enhancements within Salesforce - Supporting integration of Salesforce with other business tools and platforms - Providing training and support to Salesforce users for maximizing platform adoption and effectiveness - Troubleshooting and resolving user issues, escalating when necessary - Documenting processes, best practices, and training materials - Aligning CRM strategies with business objectives and identifying trends to enhance customer relationships and sales effectiveness - Staying updated on Salesforce features, updates, and industry best practices - Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field - 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst (desirable) or relevant role experience - Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools - Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both spoken & written English language Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, focusing on powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies.
