CRM Analyst / Sales application owner

As a CRM Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to align with business objectives and enhance customer relationship management processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring, maintaining, and managing the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs - Analyzing Salesforce data to provide insights and recommendations for sales and marketing strategies - Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to suggest enhancements within Salesforce and implement solutions to streamline workflows - Supporting integration of Salesforce with other business tools and platforms - Providing training and support to Salesforce users for platform adoption and effectiveness - Troubleshooting and resolving user issues, documenting processes and best practices - Aligning CRM strategies with business objectives and identifying trends to enhance customer relationships - Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field - 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst - Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools - Salesforce Administrator Certification (highly desirable) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both spoken & written English Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, addressing the urgent energy challenge of balancing electricity demand while decarbonizing the power system.
