Crisis Manager

As a Crisis Management Manager at our client, a trusted global innovator of IT and business services, present in 50+ countries, your role will be crucial in leading the development, implementation, and execution of crisis management and response strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring the organization is well-prepared to respond effectively to various disruptive events such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, operational failures, reputational crises, etc. Your main aim will be to minimize the impact on business continuity, stakeholders, assets, and reputation. Collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, external agencies, and communications stakeholders will be essential in this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and executing crisis management and response strategies - Ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptive events - Minimizing the impact on business continuity, stakeholders, assets, and reputation - Collaborating with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, external agencies, and communications stakeholders - Leading crisis management efforts during various disruptive events To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Crisis Management - Experience in hands-on Crisis Management - Immediate availability to join (notice period not exceeding 15 days) - Willingness to work in a hybrid role in Pan India location If you meet all the above criteria and are looking to make a significant impact in crisis management within a global IT and business services company, we encourage you to apply.
