As a Crisis Management Manager/Specialist/Lead at our client, a trusted global innovator of IT and business services, your role will involve leading the development, implementation, and execution of crisis management and response strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptive events such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, operational failures, reputational crises, etc. Your main goal will be to minimize the impact on business continuity, stakeholders, assets, and reputation. Close collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, external agencies, and communications stakeholders will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development, implementation, and execution of crisis management and response strategies. - Ensure the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptive events. - Minimize the impact on business continuity, stakeholders, assets, and reputation. - Collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, external agencies, and communications stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in Crisis Management. - Hands-on experience in Crisis Management for at least 3 years. - Immediate joiners only with a notice period of not more than 15 days. - Willingness to work in a hybrid role based in Pan India.
