This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member located in Pune. The Crew Member will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional duties include restocking supplies, handling cash transactions, and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
Experience in food preparation and handling
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Team collaboration and dependable work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the fast-food industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
