Prepare menu items efficiently and ensure quality, including hotdogs, corndogs, and other offerings, while maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house environment. ? Provide friendly and prompt service, taking orders, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction. ? Operate the POS system accurately, handle transactions responsibly, and maintain cash handling protocols. ? Receive, store, and rotate inventory to minimize waste and maintain freshness. Report any discrepancies or concerns to management. ? Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. Keep dining areas tidy and well-stocked with utensils and condiments. ? Collaborate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer service. Qualifications: ? 12th pass / Graduate or equivalent is preferred. ? At least 1 year of experience in food service or a customer-facing role is preferred. ? Experience with Macdonalds, Burger Singh , similar quick service restaurants will be preferred ? Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team. ? Energetic, adaptable, and eager to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. ? Willingness to work flexible shifts, including late nights, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. ? Ability to stand for extended periods. Shift hours -10 with 30 min lunch break ? CTC 15-20 K Leader Position: Team Leader Location: Sector 57, Gurgaon / Sector 33A, Noida Reports To: Operations Manager Job Summary: As a Team Leader , you ensure daily operations run smoothly while fostering an environment of teamwork, fun, and great food. You will oversee the team, manage daily tasks, and uphold our brand values by delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ? Motivate, train, and supervise team members to maintain high standards of performance. ? Foster a collaborative and enthusiastic work environment. ? Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events while balancing costs. ? Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and operational protocols. ? Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and reporting to ensure seamless back-of-house operations. ? Ensure every customer interaction is positive and exceeds expectations. ? Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism. ? Oversee cash handling procedures and POS accuracy. ? Submit daily sales and event reports as required. ? Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition. ? Implement and monitor cleaning schedules for back-of-house and front-of-house areas. ? Conduct regular check-ins and provide feedback to team members. ? Address performance issues and communicate updates to management promptly. Qualifications: ? Graduate/ certification in hospitality management is a plus. ? Minimum of 2 + years in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry or a related field. ? Experience with McDonalds, Burger Singh, similar quick service restaurants is mandatory ?
