Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, with experience in developing scalable, maintainable, and robust applications. You will work on building user interface components and backend services, ensuring adherence to best practices and collaborating closely with team members across various layers of the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Implement user interface components using standard Python workflows.
• Ensure the robustness and maintainability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in client communications regarding assigned tasks via Slack, Skype, or phone.
• Estimate and track project progress using Agile methodologies.
• Prepare technical documentation, including functional specifications, flowcharts, ER diagrams, and
  

other project-related documents.

• Conduct developer-level testing and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Follow best practices in coding and software architecture.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (Django, Flask, Odoo, etc.).
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS, SASS).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
