Key Responsibilities Develop and release 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings in Creo for two-wheeler components (sheet metal, plastics, trims, chassis, and surface parts). Convert styling and concept inputs into manufacturable designs through remastering, surfacing, and packaging studies . Ensure designs comply with DFM/DFA principles and Royal Enfield standards. Collaborate with Styling, Manufacturing, Testing, and Supplier teams for design feasibility and validation. Support design release and change management through PLM/PDM systems (Windchill or equivalent). Prepare GD&T-based drawings, BOMs, and tolerance stack-up analysis for production readiness.
