Job Description

Design and develop mechanical components and fixtures for robotic systems, including end-of-arm tooling and integration with tool changers.
Support the full product development life cycle from concept, CAD modeling, and prototyping to validation and productization.
Perform detailed engineering analyses such as structural integrity, FEA, stress, and thermal assessments to ensure robust designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (GD&T, SEMI, safety regulations) and internal documentation practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, controls, software) to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs into robotic systems.
Develop and execute test plans for feasibility studies, performance validation of robotic fixtures and assemblies.
Optimize designs for manufacturability and automation, considering cost, scalability, and precision requirements.
Prepare technical documentation and presentations for design reviews, stakeholder communication, and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve design or integration issues during development and deployment phases.
