You will be responsible and perform the following assignments:
1. New Acquisition, retention of client and business development
2. Group Formation and Management
3. Loan Application processing of the clients
4. Collection of repayment as per schedule.
5. Delinquency management- Overdue, delayed repayment and bad debt
collection
6. Cash and Bank work- day to day reconciliation of collection and demand
and submit to Cashier/BM
7. Data entry & system monitoring in computer.
8. Assist, Branch Manager in sanctioning & in Credit decision.
9. Implement the monthly activity plan and report to Branch Manager on
regular basis on the progress.
10. Any other assignment given by Branch Manager from time to time.
