Credit Officer (Night Shift)

As an outsourcing service provider currently hiring for servicing the requirements of Canadian clients in the lending solutions business, your role overview includes evaluating loan applications, managing risks, ensuring compliance with lending policies, interacting with clients, performing financial analysis, managing loans, and seeking process improvements to streamline credit processes and adopt new technologies for credit assessment. Key Responsibilities: - Review loan requests, assess applicants" financial status, and evaluate creditworthiness and risks. - Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests based on analysis. - Ensure adherence to lending policies and regulations, including fair lending practices. - Contact clients to gather financial data, documentation, and answer questions. - Perform financial calculations like credit scores and interest rates, and prepare loan applications. - Monitor the progress of existing loans, follow up with clients for loan renewals, and manage loan disbursements and collections. - Seek ways to streamline credit processes and adopt new technologies for credit assessment. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience in Housing Loan Credit Processing. - Fluent English proficiency is a must.
