Should be able to speak fluently in Bhojpuri or local language of Uttar Pradesh .Good Communication. Able to take decision independently. Job Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate loan applications based on financial and creditworthiness. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and repayment history. Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management guidelines. Work closely with sales teams to process loan approvals efficiently. Prepare credit reports and recommend approvals/rejections.
