Credit Officer - GROUP LOANS - SALES

1. Customer Acquisition & Group Formation

• Identify and acquire eligible women borrowers for group loan products.
• Conduct field visits to villages/urban areas to source prospects.
• Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) as per company guidelines.
• Explain loan features, repayment structure, and responsibilities to groups.

2. Credit Assessment & Verification

• Conduct household and business verification of applicants.
• Evaluate income, cash flows, credit eligibility, and repayment capacity.
• Check applicant stability, references, and existing liabilities.
• Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with company and RBI norms.

3. Loan Processing & Documentation

• Complete application forms, KYC, and necessary loan documents.
• Upload/submit customer documents accurately for credit approval.
• Ensure all documentation is complete before disbursement.

4. Portfolio Management

• Support in disbursement coordination.
• Ensure 0% errors in credit appraisal and loan approval processes.
• Monitor loan repayments and identify overdue cases.
• Assist with follow-ups for late payments and NPA control.

5. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with group members and centers.
• Educate customers on financial discipline and repayment schedules.
• Conduct center meetings and financial literacy activities.

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all operations follow internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on sourcing, verification, and collection.
• Support audit teams and provide required documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,659.39 - ₹26,034.21 per month
